Returns & Exchanges

All orders are shipped in 5-7 business days excluding weekends and holidays. Customers are encouraged to triple check their shipping and order information for accuracy. Any returned order due to an undeliverable address will have a re-ship fee. Any issues that arise after your order has shipped is outside of our control and will be the customers responsibility to investigate with their local carrier- to include any delayed, lost, or damaged packages, or packages that say delivered yet not received. We do not issue refunds for any lost or damaged packages.
